I will say l7, I currently have the 15″ cvr and L7 , when I play my system with the L7s giving them the same power I was giving to the CVRs the bass is louder, the bass from the L7s you feel it more, it does brings the spl higher.(I am not even powering them properly)
so based on that I will say you will def. like the spl produced by L7s
(maybe not too much quality but tons of spl)
Since SPL is dependent on volume dispacement I would go with JL 13 W7’s because they’ve got double the volume dispacement of the L7 12 and an extra 20 cubic inches per sub on the L7 15’s. but 2 L7 15’s cost half the price of one 13 W7
